The Platform is provided by Trarity ApS (CVR 45834670), Øurgade 37, 4th, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark, info@trarity.com. In these Terms and Conditions, “Trarity” and “Trarity Analytics” are trade names referring to Trarity ApS.
By accessing, registering for, or using the Trarity Analytics platform (the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not access or use the Platform.
The Platform is intended solely for users who are legally permitted to access financial analysis tools under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all legal eligibility requirements.
Trarity Analytics is an educational, analytical, and performance review platform designed to assist traders in analysing, labelling, evaluating, and improving their trading behaviour and performance.
The Platform provides tools including, but not limited to:
All content, analytics, scores, simulations, rankings, mentoring feedback, AI-generated insights, and educational material are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes only.
The Platform is offered as subscription-based software services and may include one-time purchases such as a lifetime plan and separately purchased digital content.
Subscription fees are billed in advance (for example monthly or yearly) through Stripe Checkout. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method for applicable subscription fees.
Certain plans may be offered as a one-time lifetime purchase. A lifetime plan grants access for as long as Trarity continues to operate and provide the Service. If Trarity ceases operations or discontinues the Service, we are not obliged to continue access, issue refunds, or provide compensation, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. By subscribing, you authorise recurring billing for future billing periods until cancellation.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. We will provide reasonable advance notice before a price increase takes effect. Price changes apply only to future billing cycles. If you are a consumer, you may cancel before the increase takes effect. For consumers, continued use alone does not constitute acceptance of a price increase where mandatory law requires express consent.
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further renewal charges are made after that period.
Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
We strive to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance or technical issues.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.
Consumer withdrawal right (EU/EEA). If you are a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law, including the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven), without giving any reason.
By requesting immediate access to the Service, you expressly request and consent that performance starts during the withdrawal period. If you then withdraw, you must pay a proportionate amount for the service provided up to withdrawal. The withdrawal right lapses once the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgement. For separately purchased digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (if offered), the withdrawal right is lost when supply begins after your prior express consent and acknowledgement.
To exercise withdrawal, send a clear statement to info@trarity.com before the deadline.

Trarity Analytics does not provide investment advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice, or financial recommendations of any kind.
Trarity Analytics is not a broker, dealer, investment advisor, asset manager, or fiduciary. The Platform does not execute trades, place orders, manage accounts, hold funds, or act on behalf of users in financial markets.
All trading decisions, strategies, risk exposure, and financial outcomes remain solely the responsibility of the user.
Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk and may result in partial or total loss of capital. Past performance, analytics, simulations, AI feedback, or leaderboard rankings do not guarantee future results.
You acknowledge and accept that losses may exceed expectations and that Trarity Analytics bears no responsibility for such outcomes.
By connecting a trading platform, uploading trade data, or otherwise submitting information to the Platform, you grant Trarity Analytics a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to collect, store, process, analyse, and visualise such data for the purpose of providing Platform functionality and improving services.
All personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Platform’s Privacy & Cookie Policy at https://www.trarity.com/privacy/.
You expressly agree that Trarity Analytics may use aggregated and anonymised data derived from user activity, including trading behaviour, performance metrics, and analytical signals, for purposes including but not limited to:
Such data will not contain personally identifiable information and will not allow individual users to be identified.
AI-generated insights, behavioural analysis, evaluations, and mentor feedback are based on historical data, probabilistic models, and statistical methods.
These outputs:
You acknowledge that AI systems are inherently imperfect and that reliance on such outputs is at your own risk.
Evaluation tools and leaderboards are provided solely for performance tracking, comparison, and educational motivation.
Leaderboard rankings, scores, or evaluation results do not constitute certifications, endorsements, guarantees of skill, or professional qualifications.
By linking your Discord account or participating in Platform features that integrate with Discord, you expressly consent to the use and display of your Discord username and associated public Discord identifiers within the Platform, including but not limited to:
You acknowledge that your Discord username may be visible to other users of the Platform and that Trarity Analytics is not responsible for changes, impersonation, or actions taken by third parties on Discord.

All software, analytics models, algorithms, visualisations, text, branding, trademarks, and content available on the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Trarity Analytics or its licensors.
No content may be copied, modified, distributed, sold, or reproduced without prior written consent.
Trarity Analytics reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if these Terms and Conditions are violated or if continued access poses legal, security, or operational risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trarity Analytics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to financial loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or trading losses, arising from or related to the use of the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Trarity Analytics makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Trarity Analytics may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will provide reasonable advance notice before material changes take effect.
If you do not agree with a material change, you may terminate your contract before the change takes effect. Mandatory consumer law is not affected. For consumers, continued use alone does not constitute acceptance where mandatory law requires express consent.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Danish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the courts of Denmark, with Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret) as venue in first instance.
If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence, including mandatory consumer venue rights where applicable.
Consumer complaints may be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, naevneneshus.dk. Consumers in other EU countries can also seek assistance from the European Consumer Centre Denmark (Forbrugereuropa), forbrugereuropa.dk.
The Platform uses strictly necessary cookies required for security, authentication, and core functionality.
Google Analytics statistics cookies and affiliate referral cookies (trarity_ref,
trarity_vid) are used only after you have provided consent.
Advertising-related consent categories remain denied.
Embedded videos (YouTube privacy-enhanced mode and Vimeo) connect to those providers when the video is loaded or played.

These Terms are available in English, German, French and Spanish. All language versions have the same content. If there is a discrepancy, the version in the language in which you concluded the contract applies; mandatory consumer law is not affected.
